In this guide, we explain how to easily measure your bra size in centimeters to choose the perfect model. Follow our simple steps to determine your bust measurement and cup size. Whether you are looking for a classic, push-up, or wireless bra, knowing your measurements is key to finding the right support.
Step 1: Measure the Underbust (Band Size)
The underbust, also known as the band size, is measured just beneath your bust. This will help you determine the band size of your bra (e.g., 85, 90, 95).
  1. Get a flexible measuring tape.
  2. Place it directly under your bust, keeping it horizontal, and measure in centimeters.
  3. Ensure the tape is snug but not too tight.
Band Size Correspondence:
  • 68-72 cm: Size 85
  • 73-77 cm: Size 90
  • 78-82 cm: Size 95
  • 83-87 cm: Size 100
  • 88-92 cm: Size 105
  • 93-97 cm: Size 110
Step 2: Measure the Bust Size
The bust measurement corresponds to the fullest part of your bust, usually at the level of the nipples.
  1. Keep the flexible measuring tape handy.
  2. Measure around the fullest part of your bust without squeezing.
  3. Write down this measurement in centimeters.
Step 3: Calculate the Cup Size
The difference between your bust size and underbust measurement will determine your cup size. Use the following formula to find your cup size:
Bust Size – Underbust Size = Difference in cm
  • Difference of 13 cm: Cup A
  • Difference of 15 cm: Cup B
  • Difference of 17 cm: Cup C
  • Difference of 19 cm: Cup D
  • Difference of 21 cm: Cup E
Example:
If your underbust measurement is 75 cm and your bust measurement is 92 cm, the difference is 17 cm, so your bra size is 90C.
